Aaron&Shannon met at Bethlehem in 2001 and quickly became friends. They got married in 2011, and eventually felt God calling them to full-time ministry in 2012. In 2013 they moved to McAlester, Oklahoma as a youth pastor. While here, they welcomed their first son, Liam in 2016. Just a few short months later, they accepted a position as Lead Pastor of a church in Raytown, Missouri and had their daughter, Amelia, in 2017. They spent the next 6 years serving the Kansas City metro and welcomed their third child, Neal, in 2021. Around this same time, they felt God calling them "home" to Van Buren. After patiently (sometimes not so much) waiting for God's plan and timing, they were able to not only return home, but to return to their home church, and began ministry at Bethlehem in June 2022. They are grateful for the opportunity and are excited to see what God has in store for them and for His church.
